Founded by Jota2 Group Chairman Bill Saad, Tara for Women is a Spanish foundation with a global vision dedicated to empowering women and girls through entrepreneurship, education, mentorship, and access to opportunities. Rooted in the belief that when women are given the right support, resources, and visibility, they become powerful drivers of economic, social, and community transformation.
Their mission is to identify and nurture female talent by providing strategic guidance, funding, mentorship, education, and meaningful networks that help transform ideas into sustainable, high-impact projects.
